DNPA Code of Ethics for Taaja24
Purpose:
At Taaja24, all associates are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in the conduct of Company affairs. This policy is designed to ensure that each associate conducts business with integrity, complies with all relevant laws, and refrains from personal gain or advantage in any business matter.
The following is a summary of our policy regarding (1) gifts, favors, entertainment, and payments given or received by Company associates, (2) potential conflicts of interest, and (3) other ethical considerations:
General Policy Application:
Gifts, Favors, and Payments Given by the Company:
The Company may provide gifts, favors, or payments if they meet the following criteria:
- They align with accepted business practices.
- They are of modest value and not seen as bribes or kickbacks.
- They comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
- Public disclosure of the facts would not cause embarrassment to the Company.
Payments or commissions to associates of customers (or their families) not outlined in a written contract are against Company policy.
Gifts, Favors, Entertainment, and Payments Received by Company Associates:
Associates must not seek or accept any gifts, favors, entertainment, or payments that lack a legitimate business purpose. Associates should also avoid accepting personal loans except conventional loans from lending institutions.
Acceptable gifts or benefits include:
- Lunch or dinner with vendors, with the vendor sometimes including spouses.
- Small gifts like pens, calendars, or other promotional items.
- Tickets to events (sports, arts, etc.) where the vendor attends with the associate.
- Overnight outings with other company representatives or vendors, with prior approval.
- Perishable holiday gifts like cookies or fruit baskets.
It is strictly prohibited to accept gifts in the form of cash or any marketable securities.
Management Associates:
Managers must not accept gifts from subordinates exceeding a nominal value.
Conflicts of Interest:
Associates should avoid situations that present a conflict of interest between their personal interests and the Company’s. Associates must disclose any potential conflict, such as:
- Ownership or significant interest in any outside company doing business with or competing with Taaja24.
- Serving as a director, officer, or consultant with an outside business competitor.
- Acting as a broker or middleman for a third party in transactions involving the Company.
- Any other situation where personal relationships or interests may interfere with Company obligations.
Confidential Information:
Revealing or using confidential information without authorization is prohibited. This includes product information, plans, or sensitive personnel details, and will lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Compliance:
Violations of this policy may result in administrative actions or immediate termination. Any associate aware of a policy breach should report it to the appropriate management level. Each department head is responsible for compliance within their team. For questions about the policy, please contact Human Resources.

Introduction:
Taaja24 expects associates to exercise good judgment on social media. When posting online, understand that your audience is vast, and posts are often permanent. Here are key guidelines:
- Remember your public role:
Posting on social media is a public act, not a private conversation. Your comments, photos, and videos can be shared globally, and once published, they may be permanent. - Use good judgment:
Be mindful of what you post. Perception is reality—always consider how your posts could be interpreted. - Know and respect Company policies:
Familiarize yourself with Taaja24’s policies and Employee Handbook. Avoid posting discriminatory, harassing, or violent content. - Speak for yourself, not the Company:
If posting about Taaja24, clearly state that your views are personal and not representative of the Company. - Be respectful and professional:
Remain courteous and avoid malicious or harmful statements. Don’t post defamatory content or anything that could create a hostile environment. - Be honest and accurate:
Always be truthful in your posts. If you make an error, correct it quickly. - Respect laws and confidentiality:
Do not post confidential or proprietary information about Taaja24 or any business partner. Always respect intellectual property and privacy laws. - Report your concerns:
If you witness policy violations, report them to Human Resources. Retaliation against those who report violations is strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism:
Taaja24 upholds a strict no-plagiarism policy. All content published must be original or appropriately credited.
Fairness in Reporting:
Reporters must ensure fairness by seeking both sides of the story, offering those accused of wrongdoing a chance to respond. Accusations must be detailed, and a thorough response should be provided to ensure a balanced perspective.
